They say anger is a good thing...

They say anger is a good thing when used as a protective mechanism or value indicator. What a vile injustice to know that no amount of fury can rectify the physical absence of you. There is an image in my head the past few days of me throwing that bed through the glass window of the 3rd floor ICU. Ripping every monitor off the walls and shattering them to bits. Screaming so loud that the sound cracks this earth to its core. See some days there’s this giant canyon where my chest used to be that ruptures open without warning. I have explored every crevice of it trying to find even the slightest justification for such a heinous calamity. They say anger is a good thing – but all the rage in this world is still incapable of bringing you back. On days like this it feels like the universe remorselessly snatched all the air along with you. Like the slowest form of suffocation, it’s impossible to catch my breath.
What I am trying to say is that I miss you so loud its fucking paralyzing.
